Amendments to Moreton Bay Planning Scheme Effective 29 January 2020

Some major amendments to the Moreton Bay Planning Scheme came into effect on 29 January 2020.
Notable amendments include a requirement for secondary dwellings to provide a minimum of one car parking space and numerous minor changes to the Dwelling House Code.
